Best Camera on the Market?
I often get questions like this from my clients and they know I speak with Agents from coast to coast everyday. I don't claim to be an expert in this area but I did want to share with you what my clients are saying about the best camera on the market today. It is the Panasonic Lumix model DMCFX35. I found it online anywhere from $189 to $309 so be sure to shop around before making your purchase!

Foreclosure Hot Spots
Have you seen this site? It was featured on an Inman News post.
It shows the rate of foreclosures across the country using a hot map. Double click on your area and it will zoom right into your congressional district.
It is going to be really useful to me as I speak in fourteen cities about this over the next sixty days.

Emergency Tough Market Tele-seminar
Wow, we had Agents from every part of the country on the Teleseminar yesterday. Instead of the scheduled topic, Marketing Myths…, I announced that it would be an Emergency Tough Market Teleseminar.
The feedback was fabulous. First, Agents from many markets confirmed that Buyers were being more cautious and banks were being stricter in a number of ways.
Then we looked at strategies and approaches to get everything you can out of this market.
And finally we ended with a conversation about psychology and how to keep yourself focused and motivated in this market.
If you want to hear the teleseminar, it is about forty minutes you can go to wwwRichLevinBlog.com. Click on the teleseminars category.

Professional Emails
I often correspond with clients from across the country and it amazes me how so many don't have professional email signatures. Today email is often the first contact with a potential client; it sets the tone of your business. Be sure your email contains your website, email address and a maximum of two contact phone numbers(with area codes). Keep it clean and professional without a lot of graphics or pictures. This one little thing could make the difference between a potential client responding to your emails or not.
